Nick Skytland, Chief Impact Officer

Nick Skytland serves as Chief Impact Officer of Hope Media Group. From space exploration to artificial intelligence to media, he has spent his career helping people and organizations flourish. Prior to joining Hope Media Group, he served as Chief Technologist at NASA, where he helped usher in the future of human spaceflight, and as Vice President of AI at Gloo, where he helped the church navigate one of the most consequential technological shifts of our time. He also co-founded Quite Uncommon, a strategy and consulting firm, and is the co-author of What Comes Next? Shaping the Future in an Ever-Changing World. He holds an MBA from the University of Texas (2010). Nick is an Elder at Clear Creek Community Church, a Board Member at Wellby Financial, and is involved in intentional fatherhood and marriage ministries. Nick speaks and writes regularly on leadership, innovation, technology, media, and navigating the future. An avid adventurer, experienced diver, and dedicated triathlete, Nick has completed 23 Ironman races. He and his wife, Krista, have been married 21 years and live in Houston with their three children.
