Houston, TX – September 24, 2025 - Hope Media Group (HMG) has announced the promotion of Kristin Alexander to Chief of Staff, effective October 1, 2025. The addition of this role reflects HMG’s continued growth as its impact expands even further.

Over the past several years, Hope Media Group has experienced unprecedented growth—expanding its family of brands, acquiring new media outlets, and building deeper relationships with donors, ministry partners, and industry leaders. The Chief of Staff position will help strengthen alignment, sharpen organizational focus, and equip HMG to scale more effectively for future opportunities.

Alexander has served with Hope Media Group for more than seven years, contributing across Hope Events, Executive Support, and Donor Operations. Her cross-functional experience and proven ability to collaborate across departments have uniquely prepared her for this expanded responsibility.

Before joining HMG, Alexander worked for over 15 years alongside executive leaders in consulting, construction, and medical fields. She and her husband, Sean, remain active in ministry, with Sean regularly traveling to Africa and Asia to share the gospel. Together with their pup, Penny Lane, they embody the values and mission of Hope Media Group.
