Houston, TX- June 25, 2025 – Hope Media Group (HMG), a Christian organization passionate about impacting lives through uplifting content and experiences, and Worship 24/7, a Christian radio network dedicated to worship music, have announced a plan to legally unite in a transaction that is expected to close in early Fall 2025 following FCC approval.

Based in Portland, Oregon, Worship 24/7 has built a global audience through a unique format of around- the-clock worship music that inspires spiritual intimacy. This move aligns with HMG’s mission to connect people more deeply to God through media and will expand its portfolio of audio content and digital offerings.

The two ministries began partnering in 2023 with Hope Media Group leasing it’s Portland station to Worship 24/7, and expanded last year with Worship 24/7 also airing on additional HMG HD channels and translators in Dallas/Fort Worth, Houston, West Palm Beach, and Evansville, IN. These outlets expanded on Worship 24/7’s existing stations in Tacoma, Spokane, Central Oregon, Amarillo, Texas, and smaller markets in Iowa and Georgia.

Under Hope Media Group, Worship 24/7’s terrestrial coverage will expand to additional HMG HD channels in New York, Miami, Denver, and Nashville. It will also complement a growing portfolio of streaming channels HMG offers via KSBJ and WayFM mobile apps.
