RELEASE: Hope Media Group Announces New Leadership

HOUSTON, Texas (May 31, 2022) –After recently joining forces with WAY Media, Hope Media Group, a faith-based media organization headquartered in Houston, has promoted several leaders within the merged entity.
“We are blessed with an incredible leadership team to support the integration of the best of both ministries,” said Hope Media Group President & CEO Joe Paulo. “I am abundantly confident in Hope Media Group’s ability to expand our combined impact to cultivate a positive shift in faith-based media.”
Hope Media Group (HMG) engages an audience of more than 4 million individuals worldwide with positive multimedia content over radio and online mediums, and announces the following leadership roles throughout the organization:
Steve Shore, Program Director/Music Director, WayFM
Having served at WayFM for 20 years in various positions, Shore was previously the network’s Assistant Program Director and Music Director.
Susan Brown, VP/Human Resources, Hope Media Group
A Texas native, Brown was Hope Media Group’s Director of Human Resources for nearly six years and previously served in HR roles in the financial services industry.
Zach Boehm, VP/Digital Content, Hope Media Group
Approaching his 15th year with Way Media, Boehm most recently served as Director of Digital Content for Way Media. He also previously served as Executive Producer of The Wally Show.
Sterling Tarrant, VP/Radio Creative, Hope Media Group
A 44-year radio veteran, Tarrant has held positions in South Dakota, Colorado, and Texas, and led Broadcast Creative Services at Focus on the Family. For the past 14 years, he led audio production at Hope Media Group.
Jeff Savage, Director/Digital Audio, Hope Media Group
Savage is a multi-platinum, Dove Award-winning, Grammy-nominated producer, engineer and songwriter. Most recently, he produced and mixed original music for Disney/Lucasfilm’s “Star Wars: Galactic Starcruiser.”
Nicole Cintron, Senior Director/Special Events, Hope Media Group
A veteran of the music and touring industries, Cintron joined HMG in 2011 in its Special Events division. For the last two-and-a-half years, she has led the organization’s concert and events initiatives.
Bryan Johns, Station Manager, Dallas/Fort Worth, Hope Media Group
Johns joined WayFM in 2007 serving as Operations Director in the launch of the network’s Louisville, KY station. In 2015, he returned home to North Texas as Operations Director for the launch of WayFM in Dallas/Fort Worth.
Brent Sears, Station Manager, Alabama, Hope Media Group
Beginning his career in South Carolina, Sears joined WayFM/Huntsville in 2017 where he served as Operations Coordinator. He has also worked in ministry as a director for a men's recovery program.
Craig Vinson, Station Manager, North Florida/South Georgia, Hope Media Group
Craig Vinson joined WayFM in 2007 and is in his 15th year as the Operations Director of the North Florida and South Georgia stations, which he will now lead as Station Manager.
