Phillip Turpin serves as Chief of Technology for Hope Media Group, helping shape the digital platforms, systems, and strategy that support the organization’s mission. With more than two decades of experience in technology and product leadership, he brings a deep background in building teams, guiding digital transformation, and creating scalable products that connect vision to real-world impact.

Throughout his career, Phillip has led engineering, product, data, and technology organizations across a variety of industries, including media, healthcare, and SaaS. He is passionate about building strong teams, solving meaningful problems, and using technology in ways that serve both people and purpose.
Phillip and his wife, Jill, have been married for 21 years and are raising their three children on a farm outside Nashville, Tennessee.
